Lamb Pepper Chops - with curry




Ingredients:

1 tsp butter

1 tbsp coconut powder

1 bunch coriander leaves

1 tbsp coriander powder

7-8 leaf curry leaves

garam masala podwer -1/2 tsp

2 each number Garama masala (cinemon,cardmon,shahzeera,clove,balck pepper)

1 tsp Ginger Garic Paste

500 grams Lamb chops

1 1/2 tbsp Oil 1 cup onions chopped

1 1/2 tsp pepper powder

1/2 tsp red chilli powder

Turmeric Powder

Salt as per taste

Procedure:


Take Lamb chops wash and keep a side.
Take a presurecooker add oil,garamasalas, chopped onions mix well then add gingergarlic then turmeric,curry leaves,salt to taste,red chilli powder,coconut powder,coriander powder freid little bit then add chops into it mix well and add some water and close with presure cooker lid and cook for 15min.Once the chops are cooked keep it a side,

Take a non stick pan add butter, chopped garlic,pepper powder, some more curry leaves and mix well now add the cooked chops to this mixture.Cook this in very slow flame till it changes colour to brown or till the masala sticks to the chops at last add coriander leaves chopped and garama masala powder on it cook for 3-4 mins.

for garnishing put some mint leaves and sliced lemon on it.
